Today's look is a fun everyday casual look with a little Gossip Girl inspiration. This look is a blue and white oxford dress shirt with a super amazing sparkly tie loosely around your neck as if it was a necklace, and a black vest unbuttoned over top. Put this look with some dark skinnies, and these great knee high black boots. For the accessories wear some great chandelier earrings, and a big sparkly watch and to top it off have a big bold statement bag.
